Emails and EDM’S (that is Electronic Direct Mail which usually comes with images) can be a very powerful tool, indeed. If you have a mailing list (and if you don’t you really should), then a well-crafted email / EDM (or even better a series of them)
can really connect.

For instance, you most likely know that repeat business (is the best business). Why? Because your customer/client has already engaged with you, and is happy with your services or products, so it makes complete sense to go back to them make them aware, you have an offer or sale coming up. However, these communications need to be skillfully written to maximise the results.

Remember no one likes to be sold, but most people are open to buying and it all comes down to how you say it to them, as to how they will respond.
