In the world of real estate and property developers communication is king. There is a real need to get a clear (creative) message across to a prospect to
cut through the competition clutter.

 

Your message can travel across many marketing platforms (social, real estate specific, online and offline media) plus a whole raft of elements that developers need ( websites, sales books, brochures, floor plans, renders etc). All of these need to be designed and written with a firm understanding of the continuity of the central message, style plus coherence to authorities and publishers' guidelines, whilst still
being engaging to prospective clients.

 

I have worked in ad-agencies where our clients were developers, building multi-million-dollar hi-rise developments through to single real estate agents with a handful of local listings. Plus for a time, I was a licensed real estate person and have sold both off the plan and established property, so I have a unique perspective when it comes to understanding the needs and wants for
real estate and property developers.
